Mason Joseph Company, Inc. (MJC) is a privately held multifamily mortgage banking firm and an FHA Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) lender based in San Antonio and Fort Worth and provides financing for the market rate and affordable housing industries throughout the country. 


MJC is consistently a top FHA lender in Texas and HUD's Southwest Region and has closed in excess of $800 million in multifamily loans over the last three years including over $500 million in new construction loans using HUD's 221(d)(4) program.

FHA & Conventional Multifamily Finance

MJC underwrites federally insured mortgages and credit enhancements through the U.S. Department of HUD for apartment communities. These mortgages provide funding for the acquisition, refinancing, construction, and/or rehabilitation of apartment properties.


MJC also arranges conventional multifamily loans and equity placement through long, well-established relationships with the country's premier real estate investors including government sponsored entities FNMA and FHLMC, Wall Street conduits, commercial banks, private investors, and life insurance companies.
